This paper describes the development, implementation, and evaluation of a web application called the Speech Development Glossary (SDG), designed to improve the technical English vocabulary skills of software development students at the Riobamba Technological Institute. This educational software allows students to practice technical terminology through activities focused on pronunciation, comprehension, and contextual application of English in the technology field. Through a user-friendly interface and interactive resources, the SDG promotes self-directed and dynamic learning, tailored to the needs of today's academic environment. Activities include matching exercises, multiple-choice quizzes, crossword puzzles, and listening exercises, reinforcing the essential language skills for the technology sector. The results obtained after its implementation indicate a significant improvement in students' ability to understand and use technical English terms, thus strengthening their professional profile and better preparing them to face the challenges of the global job market. The system was developed using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks, ensuring its accessibility across various devices and its scalability for future updates and functional enhancements.
