Examination of pedagogical ethics oriented towards moral development and comprehensive human instruction of students

Ethics in education is a topic of increasing relevance in the current context, where students face unprecedented moral dilemmas and social challenges. This work aimed to analyze how the integration of ethics in the educational curriculum promotes the moral formation and comprehensive development of students, as well as the role of the educational institution in this transformative process. The challenges that arise were also analyzed, with the aim of contributing to a broader debate about the need for an education that not only prepares students academically, but also trains them as ethical and responsible citizens. To address this issue, an exhaustive bibliographic review of previous studies was carried out in databases such as Scielo and Google Scholar, prioritizing research focused on the influence of ethics in educational programs, using content analysis to identify common patterns on the role of the teacher and the perception of students regarding ethics in education. Additionally, the challenges that educators face in implementing ethics education, such as lack of adequate training and resistance to change, were discussed. Finally, the article concluded with reflections on the importance of prioritizing ethics in education and its role in training students who, in addition to having technical skills, have a solid moral foundation, which is essential to face the challenges of the future.
